Kigali Home Massage does not provide massage services, does not employ therapists, and does not supervise, control, or participate in any services performed by third parties.
2. Eligibility
By using this Platform, you confirm that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Nature of the Platform (Intermediary Status)
Kigali Home Massage:
Acts only as a listing, referral, and communication platform;
Does not verify, guarantee, license, or certify service providers unless explicitly stated;
Is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or interaction between users and service providers.
Any agreement, service, or interaction takes place strictly between the user and the service provider.
4. Compliance With Rwandan Law
All users and service providers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Rwanda, including but not limited to:
Criminal laws;
Public order and morality laws;
Anti‑trafficking, exploitation, and abuse laws;
Cybercrime and electronic communications laws.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on or through the Platform:
Any form of illegal activity;
Sexual exploitation, prostitution, or solicitation of sexual acts;
Human trafficking, coercion, abuse, or exploitation of any person;
Services involving minors;
Any activity that violates public order or morals under Rwandan law.
Kigali Home Massage does not endorse, permit, or facilitate any prohibited activity.
5. Service Providers
Service providers listed on the Platform:
Operate as independent third parties;
Are solely responsible for ensuring their services are lawful;
Are solely responsible for their conduct, safety, taxes, licenses, and compliance.
Kigali Home Massage reserves the right to remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate access at its sole discretion where non‑compliance is suspected.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Kigali Home Massage shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between users and service providers.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kigali Home Massage, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform;
Your violation of these Terms;
Any illegal or unlawful activity conducted by you or through your account.
9. Content and Monitoring

10. Termination
